FilmTec™ Hypershell™ NF245N-8038/48-FF and NF245N-3838/48-FF Nanofiltration Elements

FilmTec™ Hypershell™ NF245N-8038/48-FF and NF245N-3838/48-FF Nanofiltration Elements offer a unique combination of features that are typically needed for use in food, fermentation, beverage and nutrition applications. It allows up to 70°C continuous operating temperature capability thus reducing the size of cooling and heating systems. The 48 mil feed spacer is designed to treat high-viscosity liquids and improve cleaning effectiveness with reduced pressure drop across the element. Our Hypershell™ technology, a machined polypropylene rigid outer shell, offers significant advantages versus standard mesh wrapped elements like minimizing channeling, improving the hydrodynamics of the element, energy savings and faster loading and unloading of elements.
