<br><b>DuPont™ VersaFlange™</b> is an innovative, self-adhered window and door flashing for non-flanged and brick mold windows and doors. It features specially designed release papers with dual-sided butyl adhesive, scored backing and a forgiving initial tack, enabling quick and easier installation. <br><br><b>VersaFlange™</b> provides a reliable moisture seal to integrate brick mold, non-integral flanged and non-flanged windows and doors with the building envelope. Uniquely designed release papers allow <b>DuPont™ VersaFlange™</b> to tie the window or door frame directly to the sheathing or water-resistive barrier to protect from bulk water leaks and supply buildings with superior protection against the elements.

Application and Service Temperature
- Can be installed at external temperatures as low as 25 °F (-4 °C) if the surface is clean and free from frost and ice.
- Designed to withstand up to 9 months (270 days) of UV exposure.
High Performance Durability
- Constructed with a durable, micro-creped DuPont™ Tyvek® top-sheet, a 100% butyl adhesive layer and a specially designed, scored release liner.
- Tough and tear-resistant, with a forgiving initial tack allowing for the ability to reposition and correct installation mistakes.
- Provides excellent adhesion to most common building materials.
- Contains no asphaltic/bitumen adhesive materials which many window manufacturers prohibit due to adverse material reactions, such as black staining, oozing, and deformation over time, particularly with vinyl flanges.

VersaFlange™ can be used everywhere StraightFlash™ VF specified in installation literature and/or CAD details. Is DuPont™ VersaFlange(TM) self-healing? DuPont™ VersaFlange(TM) passes AAMA 711 Specification for Self-Adhering Flashing Used for Installation of Exterior Wall Fenestration Products Section 5.2 ' Water Penetration Resistance Around Fasteners'. 'Self-healing' flashing has the ability to recover to its original state after minor punctures/holes, while 'self-sealing' flashing can offer air and water infiltration resistance at the fastener location. DuPont(TM) VersaFlange(TM), and other DuPont Self-Adhered Flashing Products, are 'self-sealing' not 'self-healing'. In what applications can DuPont™ VersaFlange™ be used? VersaFlange™ can be used with non-flanged windows/doors, brick mold windows/doors and field-applied windows/doors and PTAC units. It is best suited for applications with a smooth-framed window,door, or PTAC sleeve for proper adhesion to the frame.
