Extendable, Conformable, Self-Adhered Butyl Flashing for Windows, Doors, and Wall Penetrations
<br><b>DuPont™ FlexWrap™</b> is a premium extendable self-adhered flashing membrane specifically designed to provide seamless air and water barrier protection at window and door corners. Composition consists of a durable, micro creped DuPont™ Tyvek® top-sheet, a premium 100% butyl adhesive layer, and a specially designed split-release liner. <br><br> <b>FlexWrap™</b> offers a seamless application along window sill and arch-top head conditions. <b>FlexWrap™</b> conformability enables round-top or custom-shaped windows flashing in a seamless manner, eliminating the need to cut and place individual pieces of conventional flashing on an arched opening. Unlike some competitive flashing, FlexWrap™ does not require the use of mechanical fasteners in the flexed corner.

Application and Service Temperature
- Designed to withstand up to 9 months (270 days) of UV exposure.
- 100% butyl adhesive performs through extreme temperatures.
- Can be installed at external temperatures as low as -4 °C (25 °F) if the surface is clean and free from frost and ice.
High Performance Durability
- Extendable flashing constructed with a durable, micro creped DuPont™ Tyvek® top-sheet, a premium butyl adhesive layer, and a specially designed release liner.
- Does not contain asphaltic/bitumen adhesive materials which many window manufacturers prohibit due to adverse material reactions, such as black staining, oozing, and deformation over time, particularly with vinyl flanges.
- Complies with AAMA 711, Voluntary Specification for Self-Adhered Flashing Used for Installation of Exterior Wall Fenestration Products.
- Adheres to most common building materials.
Air and Water Barrier Performance
- Integrates easily with all DuPont™ Tyvek® Water-Resistive Barriers (WRBs), to help seal the building envelope for improved durability and energy efficiency.
- Helps to facilitate the creation of airtight and watertight seals around windows, door sills, pipe penetrations, and any custom shapes, which can help prevent water damaging corrosion, as well as mold.

Please contact DuPont at 1-833-338-7668 when additional guidance is required for writing specifications that include this product. Installed System Water Intrusion Testing (Tested with no exterior cladding). NO leakage at 720 Pa for DuPont™ FlexWrap™ products before thermal aging and after thermal aging (0–180°F)
