DuPont™ AmberChrom™ Profile™ CG300S HPLC column
DuPont™ AmberChrom™ CG300 chromatography resins are macroporous polymeric resins for reversed phase HPLC. These crosslinked DVB resins have a mean pore diameter of 300 Å as measured by N2 BET and are ideally suited for peptides and oligonucleotides, as well as fermented products and natural extracts. With high mechanical robustness and chemical resistance, these resins are excellent alternatives to reverse phase silica such as C18 silica.
DuPont™ AmberChrom™ CG300S is available in prepacked columns as DuPont™ Profile™ CG300S HPLC column. It is a 7.5 mm x 150 mm stainless steel column packed with DuPont™ AmberChrom™ CG300S resin, a 35 µm resin with 300 Å pores.
Uses
- Capture, separation, and purification of peptides
- Chromatographic purification of oligonucleotides and oligonucleosides
- Oligonucleotide cartridge desalting
- Purification of small molecule drugs and plant or animal extracts
Advantages
- Chemical robustness to standard reversed-phase solvents
- Stable within a very broad pH range (up to pH 14), and easily cleaned in place (CIP) with most organic solvents and dilute acids and bases, providing the potential for long resin lifetime
- Suitable for high-resolution, high-pressure liquid chromatography up to 20 bar
