DuPont™ AmberChrom™ 1x2 200-400 Cl Fine Mesh Ion Exchange Resin

DuPont™ AmberChrom™ fine mesh anion exchange resins are microporous (gel) resins based on polystyrene crosslinked with DVB and functionalized with trimethylammonium chloride ligands. These ion exchange chromatography resins are used in the front-end of drug processes to help purify raw materials, adjust pH or desalt, remove surfactants from drug streams, and increase product purity and concentration in crude purifications. With its light crosslinking level, the AmberChrom™ 1x2 series provides the most open network of the DuPont™ AmberChrom™ fine mesh anion exchange products and is an excellent choice for applications that need to process drugs and raw materials up to ~ 2700 Dalton molecular weight. There are three products in this 1x2 series.

DuPont™ AmberChrom™ 1x2 100-200 Cl fine mesh resin has the smallest particle size of the 1x2 series and is an ideal choice for processes that are willing to accept higher backpressure for faster kinetics. Screened with 200-400 mesh, approximate particle size range of 35-75 µm. See Product Data Sheet for details.
