DuPont™ AmberChrom™ TQ1 Chromatography Resin
DuPont™ AmberChrom™ TQ1 chromatography resin is an agarose-based ion exchange resin used for oligonucleotide and peptide purification and polishing. This innovative resin provides enhanced loading capacity, greater throughput, and operates at lower pressure compared to similar competing products in the same class. These features position DuPont™ AmberChrom™ TQ1 resin as an outstanding option for high-resolution separations and polishing, delivering highly pure fractions in biomolecules and effectively separating closely related impurities from target molecules. Its low-pressure build-up, combined with high-yield and purity for peptides and both DMT-Off and DMT-On oligonucleotides, makes the resin suitable for use in benchtop and large-scale commercial purifications.
